Geek, News flash

New Layout.

New host, therefore I felt it was time for a new theme. And I love it! The colour scheme I got from Colourlovers.com, after finding a link to them from Jemjabella. I felt it was very unique, and just lovely to look at.

The layout was a devil to code, with a new sub-menu which changes on every section of the website, Current Page Navigation in the top menu, new content, and comments in speech bubbles! As I said at the top, I am really pleased with it, and if it hadn’t of been for the lovely people at Snark Forums, helping me with all the errors I was getting, it would not of been possible. So you have them to thank aswell. ;)

I am still currently working on a Guestblock for the website, but I am having to find out from my hosts first if PEAR and Sticky is installed on my server already. Things like Guestblock just have to be so complicated don’t they?! Haha.

I still have not heard from the quilting bee, so I cannot get coding my new layout for it. :( I spent ages pixelling a header and background for it. The header is still not finished yet, but it will get there eventually.

I also submitted to Perfection again, my prior attempt was while I was still at Winged-Hope, but let’s hope I get accepted this time! -hint hint- Bubs! -hint hint- Hahaha.

Well that was a very jumbled post, but I thought you would like to know what is going on at the moment, and I am sorry for all the links, I just feel sometimes that you deserve to see these sites that I am talking about.

I really need to check out that color site…for I need a new layout too! ^_^ Yeah, GB is pretty complicated…weird for such a bitty one page thing don’t you think? XD

I can tell you that I haven’t seen your app go through yet (I’m a Honey Bee staffer, we look at apps) but don’t worry I’m sure we will soon! :D

Don’t say you “still” haven’t heard of the qbee. Just letting you know, I got accepted after (I’m not sure anymore) a few weeks? So be patient ;)

My first app for the QBee didn’t make it through and luckily, Jem found my site and told me. Then I reapplied and was accepted in a few days. Maybe yours did that…?

I really like this design. :) Colors are lovely. And I love your font choice. ‘Tis my favorite.
