Solipsus

I must admit, for the past couple of weeks I have been feeling extremely depressed about my family situation. The fact that I feel as if I have lost my brother and sister, and gained 2 people who just seem to think of me as an annoyance - that I barely see around anyway. Thinking about it, I probably see my brother more when I work (we both work at the same place) then I do at home. But anyway, that’s a different story which I may or may not go into on a later date.

So to wake up this morning and find that I had been paid for the first time in my life, at my new job, was a great surprise. I knew that it was pay day, but because I had joint one week after the last pay day, I didn’t think I would get paid until October. So I am £230 richer! The luxuries I could buy, I could even buy my camera at last! Though, I don’t want to do that until I go to my first photography class and tell us what we need - saving me buying a camera and then finding that I cannot use it for my class because it is the wrong type. Oh, it is so exciting!
