My name is Benjamin. I come from the UK (although I was born in New Zealand) and I have been described as having a ginger personality. Whatever that means. I assume they're referring to my hair and my Ronald Weasley nature. Aside from that, I'm the only male blogger worth knowing.

You can thank Amber for that lovely introduction, but you deserve much more than just a small paragraph showing my nutty nature, therefore if you do wish to find out more, please visit the
about page.

Slowly turning into Amber

It has only taken me about 2 years to finally get off my backside and actually try my best at school and not think everything is going to come easy. I think it might have something to do with the stresses of applying to Universities and suddenly realising that if you don’t get the grades, you don’t get the future you want. :(

As for turning into Amber? We all know that Amber doesn’t stop working with her time-tabled evenings is highly motivated and this week I have turned into a man who is very motivated - I have been cleaning, ironing, completing my UCAS application, doing my homework the night is set, doing my coursework, and finally getting down and working on my personal statement! May not seem like a lot, but it is better then lurking on Snark every evenings.

Let’s just hope this motivated streak carries on and I get the grades I want - I am predicted BBC, and that is all I need for the Web Design course I want to get onto, but I really want to get an A in Graphic Products and an A in Theatre Studies! We can hope can’t we?

Pfft, lucky. Wish I was that motivated this year. But alas … I suck at academics.

Congratulations on the motivation, dude. :)

Too late for me to say I want to get motivated this year! But good luck for the As. :D

… and suddenly realising that if you don’t get the grades, you don’t get the future you want.

I take it British universities don’t do Special Admissions for people over the age of twenty?

Don’t stress too much about your grades. If you fail, you can always come back to New Zealand and study here and still get the future you want!

Motivation is something I definitely lack :( I could be doing something which is completely useless but still I cannot bring myself to knuckle down and get on with some uni stuff. Nice site :)

Hey! Just webpage hopping a bit here and your webpage is awesome - I liked the first paragraph of your personal information even though it was written by someone else. I see you are getting prepared for university? UCAS… I started up the process because I wanted to apply to a few UK schools but after long thinking, I decided I better stay in Canada just because living expenses for an overseas would be “tres cher”. I’ve only been the England once but I really wish I could come up and visit all of UK. You’re lucky to have some sort of idea of what you’d like to pursue. I don’t have a bit of a clue. Take care.

It’s the season… It’s definitely the season, because I have been doing it too :P
