Solipsus

Time and time again we see the same people gain recognition for the things that they produce. For example: Jem (aka PHP Ninja) produces both amazing posts and PHP-based scripts, Bubs produces gorgeous and original layouts for her website and Jacky creates the most fantastic art illustrations which all gets us drooling! Whilst these people fully deserve the e-fame and recognition, I thought I would put out there the people who I know that also deserve some great recognition.

To start this series off, I instantly thought of Brent of neonglow.net (formally Polaroidfuse). Brent is an amazing guy to talk, not just for the lulz but also for his great advice and general conversation!

I may not have known him long, but I have been watching him and his sites closely and noticed that time and time again, Brent produces fantastic and unique layouts where most of us seem to “phail”. I can easily say that Brent has got the talent for using soothing colour schemes successfully and illustrating anything from cameras to frogs in an instant.

As I have just mentioned, Brent is very good at his illustrations. These include the frog featured on this layout which so many of you love and numerous layouts featured at his new forum, Neonglow MB.

So here is just a little thank you to Brent for bringing me great entertainment, and fantastic layouts to look at whilst being unique to his own ideas at the same idea. :)
