Solipsus

When I was posting my last ramble, I realised that I do miss blogging. Though it doesn’t show yet, I am hoping to completely scrap solipsus.com (save the archives) and starting afresh. No downloads, no links, no space-filling pages. Just a blog, with a short paragraph about myself and my life.

This decision comes mainly from questioning whether I should keep solipsus.com running or shut it down in hope that I will live on in my slowly growing portfolio and other projects. And after a lot of thinking, I was still no closer to coming to a decision. I felt that my reasons behind this site wasn’t for keeping record of my life, voicing my opinions, but had swerved to reaching more hits, trying to be something I am not, yet anyway. Textpattern themes were promised, and never created. Multiple wordpress plugins were begun and never completed. Just a lot of empty promises from myself and I am sorry about that.

I am hoping that from scraping away all the negativity, all the worthless junk, I will be left more motivated to blog at least more than once a month as I have found myself doing. This being said, I will not be able to go begin this process until June 23rd, the last official day of sixth form college for me… ever! Meaning I am currently swamped in coursework deadlines, photography exams, main A2 exams and trying to earn money for me to survive going to University! :-/
