The New CSSbake
As a side project, I have been working round the clock (these last couple of days especially) to relaunch CSSbake, and I am very happy to announce that the new website has now been put live.
To start off I made a new design which was more professional and less confined in terms of space. By not having a container, the page is able to merge with any background/white-space! I did have some difficulty with the colour profiles, so if it doesn’t seem to look right to you, please let me know.
Jem, the latest addition to the team has been a major help and has revolutionised the way that the website works. It is now a lot easier to add new ‘ingredients’ to the gallery meaning it will be updated a lot more - I promise, this time.
We have also introduced a new section. The ‘Cookbook’ is a section where we can write and post tutorials of how to re-create similar effects for ingredients featured on the website. All you need to do is ask which ones you wish to see! This section at the moment looks a bit unfinished at the moment, and to some extent it is. The designs, I decided at last minute (nothing like changing your mind 10 minutes before release time), needed a rethink. So this has gone to the top of my to-do list.
So I hope you enjoy your CSSbake, and get your input in. :)
